AI Use Disclaimer

Idionic Pty Ltd (ABN 14 699 014 045) trading as Premya

Registered office: 79 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000 · hello@idionic.com

Version 1.0 · Effective 22 June 2026

1. Purpose

1.1 This AI Use Disclaimer (Disclaimer) explains important limitations of the artificial-intelligence features of the Premya platform supplied by Idionic Pty Ltd (ABN 14 699 014 045) (Idionic). It forms part of the Agreement and must be read with the Master Terms (in particular clause 11.3), the Software Licence Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

1.2 By using Premya, the Customer and its Users acknowledge and accept the matters in this Disclaimer.

2. How Premya generates output

2.1 Premya uses large language models and related AI techniques, including third-party Open-Weight Models, to generate text, summaries, answers, classifications, code and other material (Output) in response to user inputs.

2.2 AI Output is generated probabilistically. It is a prediction of a plausible response — not a verified statement of fact, and not the product of professional judgement.

3. Output may be wrong

3.1 The Customer and its Users acknowledge that Output:

(a) may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased or misleading;

(b) may contain errors or fabricated content ("hallucinations"), including invented facts, citations, names, figures, quotes or sources that appear plausible but are false;

(c) may not reflect current law, regulation, or the Customer's specific circumstances; and

(d) may vary between runs for the same or similar inputs.

4. Output is not advice — you must verify

4.1 Output does not constitute legal, professional, financial, medical, accounting, tax or other advice, and must not be relied upon or held out as such.

4.2 The Customer and its Users are solely responsible for:

(a) independently reviewing and verifying all Output before relying on, sharing, publishing or acting on it;

(b) applying their own professional judgement and meeting their own professional, ethical and regulatory obligations; and

(c) any decision made, or action taken, on the basis of Output.

4.3 For regulated professions (such as legal, financial and medical practitioners), this verification is especially important. Premya is a tool to assist qualified professionals; it does not replace professional judgement, supervision, or compliance with professional duties. Output must not be provided to clients or third parties as advice without appropriate professional review.

5. No warranty as to Output

5.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to the Non-Excludable Rights described in the Master Terms (clause 11), Idionic does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, currency, fitness or suitability of any Output for any purpose, and excludes all liability for loss or damage arising from reliance on Output.

5.2 Idionic is not responsible for the Open-Weight Models or for the content they generate (see Master Terms clauses 6.4 and 10.4).

6. Customer responsibility for inputs

6.1 The Customer is responsible for the data and prompts it and its Users input into Premya, including ensuring it is lawful, that the Customer is entitled to use it, and that its use complies with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.
